pink whistler

Fusing folk-rock with funky rhythms, these acoustic jammers really know how to liven up a coffee shop. After years of sessionwork with Edie Brickell and Alanis Morissette, Pink Whistler eventually set off to wrangle their own audience of 40-year-old upper-middle-class caucasian males. At one particular show, the band was jamming so hard that a coffee pot exploded and singed the drummer's face, making him the only member unable to contribute a soul patch to the group.
